Good service, helpful staff This is the best branch around muscat.
Customer service is not customer friendly at all.The waiting time is very long and the customer has to wait even if the staff is free☹️☹️
Very very very slow service. Should wait for hours to get the work done.
Service is too bad, slow process, staff is too slow to process customer services, I will never prefer this bank also....half of the people doesn't have complete knowledge...
Al khuwair branch... The laziest staff I ever seen in my life... In cash counter even if one person waiting will take atleast 30 to 45 to call... waiting time is ridicules here..
