Catastrophic customer service ! the employer dont give you all the informations so you have to go back every time to lose more than 2-3 houres without any result ( if you dont have appointement / some ppls dont know that we can get an appointement at there first visites even if we are not a membre ) . . . It's not my job, but it's still strange that the employee remains glued to their phone/computer for more than two hours each time. Edited: I've never given a bad review before! In over 12 countries I've visited, even Qatar, and this is my first time! But it's so cruel that it pushed me to do it now. . .

Unless you are in a life death situation pls for gods sake avoid this branch at all cost & not to mention online appointment is BS! I did an online appointment through the app & my number Xxxx which apparently is the first customer but unfortunately the lady at the desk took in another customer before me & i waited 30-40 minutes till she was done with him & to make matters worse when my turn came she informed me to go to a different agent who was the only agent who prints bank statements & again i had to take a new token & wait for 2 more hours. treated me with the most humiliating manner! Made me loose faith in humanity, till my last breath i will never ever forget how i was treated however rather than loosing my peace of mind i decided to walk away after waiting for good 3 good hours doing nothing. Pls for anyone reading this. I repeat avoid this branch at all cost unless you want to feel disrespected. On the process of switching my bank to QNB after the nasty experience.

One of the worst bank in The state of Qatar. arrogant Security guards . The most useless appointment system is simply waste of time. Expect to wait at least 45min from the appointment time half as most of the counters were closed.. if u want to loose your self respect please do consider CBQ.
