I find the option to open an online account with this bank , after uploading and filling all the requirements , they called me requesting me to go to branch and bring some additional paper , so i went to the branch , surprisingly the Customer service told me that they don't have nothing in system and have to bring again all the documents hard copy , so i went to print and back wait again , than she made me sign on papers , than rudely and surprisingly she told me to again wait for 30 min so she can deposit my money . i waited there for close to one hour , with no response . While waiting i saw how the lady Customer service treated someone wanting to make an account , asking him about his salary , than tell him not enough go to make account in other bank final decision don't waste your time , don't give your money to such disaster bank .

Dear QIIB, Atleast provide washroom facility for customer. Anyway we need to wait for 2-3 hours there so please consider that. And the washroom facility there in Carparking area is very poor.

Worst customer service ever. Very disrespectful staff. Discrimination on the basis of nationality visible. They try their best to make excuses and tell you to come back again sometime.

Very poor customer service and the staff don’t know how behave with clients..
