Got caught in a scam like "Wafer" deposit in the City Center. There was an "electronic" spin the wheel where there was prizes of BD1000, BD50...etc. and only one chance of zero. Had to try got the zero, my wife the same, and watched around 15 people after me who did not get anything at all? Was this Spin the Wheel already set up for Zeros! Three months on, went to the bank to withdraw the money and came to know that the amount is blocked!!! Can't believe that this is happening in Bahrain!

Horrible Bank. There are so many customers waiting for the teller and there’s only one counter open. Moreover, when the other Teller came they were having tea, talking among themselves and joking. Please close your bank if you cannot hire efficient employees to handle customer volumes. This is the worst bank in bahrain. I had 5ppl ahead of me and it took me 1 hour to get to the teller. 1 star only for the humble security guard who kept apologizing even though it wasn’t his mistake.

The most lazy and worst service and employee bank I have ever seen. No matter how many customers there are, they deal with their families through phone calls and personal conversations and do not inquire about customer services. The attitude of the employees in the bank is that the customers who come to get its services should behave like their subjects

Worst bank in bahrain, even after having skiplino appointment have to wait for 2-3 hrs. Out of 3 teller counter only one is open, that too the guy is walking around talking to his colleagues, even after so many people waiting for their turn. Highly disappointed with this bank.
