I have been calling for the last 2 months, almost everyday, and no one ever responded. We have huge number of unemployment, hire ONE person to answer the phone! we are in 2025 we don't have to come to your offices to ask about a simple thing! and why dont you answer the calls ?! you are regulators and you regulate very small number of institutes. ماعندكم شغل ترى و قاعدين فاضيين, ما افهم ليش عدم الرد!
Poor Customer service I call them 100 times but nobody is answering calls very bad service I request all avoid this kind of banks who never answer your phone calls for queries I have never seen in my life any bank like this Shame on you like this u give service for customer's
I'm trying to reach to the customer service from half n hour no response at all not one time I tried calling them 3/4times seriously the customer service is very very very poor
I have one 20 BD that is one of the number corner side is torn so cbb can change it please. Thank you
