It takes one hour to do a simple transaction. Superbly disappointed. At this moment, instead of primarily canceling one, I cancelled all my accounts because of this stupid service you have
Main branch and only 2 customer service desks active. Ridiculous.
Needs more customer service i was told by your call center about the multi currency that i can withdraw from the atm i went to your branch with no option to withdraw which is unreasonable for a card without the option of withdraw the prepaid have this option then the customer service told me not possible so i wasted my time for nothing
BisB one of the oldest and greatest banks in Bahrain. I prefer their friendly use application. I recommend the bank and specifically to deal with Isa Alawadhi for his outstanding customer service, i had a great experience because of him. I always a pleasure to see a dedicated and loyal employee within the organization.
