Bad customer service. The customer service representative was impolite, spoke in a belittling and dismissive way. The whole interaction left a bad impression of this bank.
Really appreciate all the staff. They are very approachable and humble. We came to change a check it was close to closing time still they were very patient and helpful. They are really an asset to your bank.
Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived at 2:55 PM, well before closing time at 3:00 PM, but the staff refused to process our transactions, claiming they were already done for the day. This kind of inefficient and unprofessional service is unacceptable, especially from a bank. We were forced to go to another branch just to complete a basic task. If you’re looking for reliable and client-oriented service, this is not the place.
Standard service is provided with professionalism and genuine respect for the customer.
Poor customer service and they dont know anything so they just send you to other staff.
