I got very bad experience from Jahra Branch.
This branch is terrible, with incompetent staff and awful service. I have money in euros on my Burgan Bank currency card. The card expired, and I renewed it, but the money still hasn't been transferred to my new card. I submitted a transfer request, and the employee told me it would take ten business days. Unfortunately, I trusted him and traveled after submitting the request, but it's been a month. I've contacted them internationally multiple times, desperately needing the money transferred, but no one is responding. My brother went to the branch to inquire, and they told him it would be transferred in December. I want to know why they're delaying the transfer. I advise the bank to evaluate its employees to retain customers. Thank you. I hope a manager or supervisor will reply so I can understand the problem. I'm currently traveling.

The worst bank ever, so slow it wastes your whole day. Even for the simplest customer service transaction, 2 or 10 people wait, and it takes an hour for each one.
