When i visited the Farwaniya branch i felt like they don't care about the customers at all, and not helping to rectify the issues properly, causing us to visit the branch multiple times.
Very bed service manager behavior ls no good she thinking no other bank in Kuwait
The customer service is worst. The manager behavior is not even suitable for a security job. He doesn't know how to behave with customers. The other staff members are good. But due to the behaviour of this one staff, i won't recommend anybody to this bank, especially the Farwaniya branch If any higher authority sees this post, please choose staff wisely..🙏 Banks are for the people...Right..?
Bank service very good but thats barch staff behaviour very poor in customer
They change some staff there and most are lazy, slow and unfriendly. Except for the lady (Aisha) on the 2nd floor office she move so active far greater than men staff. She was there for a long time and work efficiently. Numbering isn't follow well as wasta treatment is obvious. Spare atleast 3hrs. Of ur time for customer care service. Bank Teller is working very efficient although not friendly most of the time, but who cares" we just wanted to finish our agenda asap.
