Extremely disappointing experience at CBK Bank (Al Tijari). Mr. Abdul Rehman (ID: K253) was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Although he understood Hindi and Urdu, he insisted on speaking only in English. This disregard for language barriers left many customers confused and frustrated, as not everyone is fluent in Arabic or English. His impatient and disrespectful attitude created unnecessary stress. Such behavior is unacceptable in a banking environment. CBK must review his conduct and improve staff training standards.
On 28 December 2025, he took 3 dinars from me on the 1st floor without any bank ticket and even after going to him for 3 to 4 days, he did not help me. He made me open an account in this bank and I am ruined. Please get my 3 dinars returned.
The staffs are professional and respectful. I was able to receive my ATM card within five minutes after applying for opening a salary account.

After waiting an hour and a half, I apologize, the system is down. Please respect customer time...and this service is not even fit for a grocery store boy.
