Excellent Service : Ms. Isra she was fantastic her speed and ability to interact with customers both in Arabic and English I was stunned when she was opening an account at kiosk machines at the same time printing card in less than 2 minutes was like this has never ever happened at such speeds. The latest technology machines or kiosks work very fast and customers don't need to wait hours in queues it's super fast. Staffs are well trained and expectations beyond. If anyone say tijari bank staff are not good now I don't believe it. The kind of experience is going to stay in my mind for a very long time. I was in dilema will they start work by 7 45 am they are

Cutomer service very poor.... I went with my friend helping to speak regarding card expiry... Very hot around 1pm... He through me out from bank to outside and shouting... He dont know how to speak customer.. I dont kmw how he become bank stand.... Front customer service one white thin Guy.... I am very disappointed...

Had a very bad experience at the bank We were doing KYC while sitting in the bank and one of the employees asked us to leave the bank due to some sort of company policy while there were still a lot of empty seats . Felt very dissapointed and unwelcomed. Spoke to the branch manager about the same and he had a better response But still overall a bad experience
