Lucky I am not a customer of this bank. Obvious laxity, bad service, non-compliance with the opening times of the branch as if it is private property.. Last visit,the appointments recorded at the main entrance as well as Google are not subject to commitment, I waited for 45 minutes for the main entrance to open to the customers.. All of that besides the tedious slowness in clearing transactions.. Ohhhhfff 😴😓 live only 50 meters away from the branch and I will not risk entering this branch again, I will try in another branch I hope it will be better.

Rudest branch. I have ever been. Security is rude right front the start, After sitting down with the worker regarding my account the guy was extremely rude. He said "Why is he still here?" Like I'm not standing in front of him , obviously I didn't leave because I didn't get the information I needed. Your visitors are humans not animals have respect please.

Friends plz don't go this branch very very slow . Very bad service when u enter inside the security will give ticket but this is only for drama they are note following the rules. This is not my fist experience 3 times happened the same experience from them. Only they give value 4 rich people.

Dont know about old reviews. Visited today. Work done in 10 mins. Manager very polite, visiting every customer asking his issue. Very impressed.
