the staff helped me in everything I needed especially the manager even with technical problems on one of the machines they did everything possible to solve my problem.
Good looking branch, friendly staff but not much of them to serve smoothly! Very long checkout line! Hard to understand what is going on inside! Had to wait 1hr outside for a very small issue which I had opportunity to fix online previously!
one of the oldest banks in kuwait (not this branch) tho its name is commercial bank of kuwait they also offer personal accounts and salary accounts like all the other banks in kuwait. this branch is a bit quite mostly commercial customers from shops so it was quick to get what i needed done and out, and friendly staff. i would come back for sure.
Priority is given to locals regardless of who comes first. They ask you to sit down and then completely ignore you until they want you almost to beg them for your business.
This bank is so flexible to open foreign accounts, however this branch always crowded and the average waiting time is 30 minutes to 1 hour,, better to find another branches..
