I have met Methrob today maybe my pronunciation of his name is wrong but he was the one that helped me and my mother in opening her bank account. My mother was a previous customer of CBK but had closed her account a few years ago and she recently wanted to open another account at cbk and to be honest it was very hard to open an account for my mother as all other branches she had gone to they simply pushed her away and said do it online you cannot do it here now imagine that telling to someone who is almost 60 yrs of age to do it online without any help or any assistance. I have tried time and time again to do it online but there was always an error and it was confirmed to me by the hotline that there is an error to make an account for your mother because her old data exists and we can’t make a new one so the hotline asked me to go to the nearest cbk branch and inform them, which I did and I stay in Fahaheel and I took my mother to the cbk branch in Fahaheel and they said we can’t do an
