I had an excellent experience at the new ADIB branch! The service was efficient, and the staff was incredibly professional. A special thanks to Mosab Qasrawi, who went above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs—his knowledge and customer service skills made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The new branch has parking, a modern and comfortable atmosphere, making banking here a pleasant experience.

Extremely disappointing customer service experience I have been living in the UAE for over 20 years, and I can honestly say this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Last year I visited the Al ADIB Bank branch in Jumeirah and was treated very poorly by a staff member named Osama. He was rude, unprofessional, uncooperative, and showed absolutely no respect for me as a customer. My issue was not handled at all. Unfortunately, I visited the same branch again today for another matter and faced the same unacceptable behavior from the same employee. He was again extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. His attitude was shocking for someone working in customer service. At the customer service desk, where I expected support and assistance, I instead received the worst service imaginable. No respect, no cooperation, and no professionalism. What stood out the most was their genuine willingness to help—whether it was handling paperwork efficiently, explaining account details, or simply providing a reassuring smile. I just have been very well supported and assisted by Mr. Ahmed Fathy Elsayed (Business Bank). Sometimes, not easy deal with Banks, but Mr. Ahmed ensured that my issues was sorted out. I just witnessed a professional staff giving best to provide a good services and ensure the reputation of the Bank. Very satisfied.
