DIB | Jumeirah (Ladies) Branch, Dubai 152 Jumeira Street Jumeirah 1

I visited this branch today expecting the same good service I received before, but unfortunately, today was the complete opposite. There was only one staff member handling customer service, and they were taking an extremely long time with just one client. No one approached me, no updates were given, and I ended up waiting almost 45 minutes and left the branch with zero assistance. Very disappointing and unacceptable service.

I just visited the DIB Jumeirah Ladies Branch (like multiple times before ), and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making my banking experience smooth and enjoyable. What I truly appreciate is the comfortable and welcoming atmosphere specifically designed for women. It’s refreshing to have a branch that understands our needs. This was beyond a horrible experience at 9 AM! My account wasn’t even activated from their side for an entire week, and all I wanted was to close it. I spoke to two staff members, and their response was absolutely shocking: "We can’t close your account for two weeks due to too many requests." TWO WEEKS?! They even had the nerve to suggest I either wait and visit them after two weeks or go to another branch. Unbelievable! To make things even worse, they didn’t even bother to check my ID or look up my account in their system! They showed me the piles of papers on their desk, as if that was supposed to be my problem! What am I supposed to do about their workload? It’s not my fault they can’t manage their requests. In addition, I had already called the call center beforehand, and they reassured me that all I needed was to bring my ID to the branch and the account would be closed immediately. Yet, I was told to call the call center AGAIN!!? I visited another branch later in the day, The

She was a nice lady.explain about my account and her name khulood fareed walid khamis bilal. Before i went to the Sheik Saik Road branch the customer service lady treated me like I was a thief.but this lady fareed was amazingly good luck for her.
