One of the worst customer services you will ever face I’ve been having an ongoing issue with them and no one has resolved the problem nor made my life easier the customer service on the phone or face-to-face is useless and too slow and they always want to make you at fault in any mistake no one is willing to take accountability for anything and when you try to explain the issue they keep cutting you off while you speak I can’t wait to close my account with them. Because of them and they’re not so clear policies my credit score has been affected.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The staff really don't mind for people arriving and waiting as if it was a favor they are doing to people, resulting in a waste of time and the advise to check information directly on the website

Terribly and embarrassing customer service. From security, teller and customer service. I just wanted to deposit euro in my business account. The operation and organisation of this branch is an embarrassment for Emirates NBD
