I would like to share my appreciation for Miss Nawal, Manager at FAB, for her outstanding professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. Miss Nawal consistently demonstrates a positive attitude and a strong willingness to assist customers. Her cooperative approach, patience, and clear communication make every interaction smooth and reassuring. She listens carefully to customer concerns and works diligently to find effective solutions, ensuring that customers feel valued and respected. Worst bank ever.. we were waiting for our token to be called and both staff talking to each other and I could even here one of them telling the other, do not take customers!! After sometime he called the customer before me, if you look at his face and how he is looking at the customer is like someone hates his job..hates the place.. hates everything in his life... He is not listening to the customer properly.. he is using his mobile and replying to the customer while chatting or doing something on his mobile!!! No respect.. no smile .. no even a normal face reaction! He doesn't deserve his seat AT ALL... He can stay this way at home! The only thing that made me stay patient is that I'm coming to close my account with this bank and never ever come back

Mr. Abdelrahaman Mostafa was extremely professional, attentive, and quick to resolve my issue. He handled everything efficiently and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
