Horrible experience faced from Counter 3 staff today DIB Mirdif city centre branch. I had decided to open a current account with DIB and reached DIB Mirdif centre branch after tharaweeh prayer on 25 Dec 2026 around 9.15pm. My token 1071 called at Counter 3 ,submitted my documents and she asked for Salary certificate ,I said I can send via email. She refused and said "go and bring " in a very impolite, rude manner. Then I reached next Counter Mr. Mohamed elbosaty, when I explained ,he understood and told me sent to his email and printed for me my Salary certificate. He was a very nice guy and very customer friendly. Then I went to Counter 3 , then that lady staff once again in a rude manner, told me "go and take another token" .This resulted me to wait another 30 to 45 minutes,my new token 1093. After submitting all documents, signed all documents, then she told me to wait next seat. Again I waited for 10 to 15 minutes, then after some time she asked me "why you are sitting here, go to

DIB in the Mirdif city centre has changed a lot in the last few months. In my last visit I had to wait for more than 2 hours to deposit one and encash other cheque.I found the cashier and certain staff very rude,uninterested in the customer and busy with their own internal or personal work. But this time when I Visited to update my KYC. It was a different feeling altogether.The ambience was pleasing and calm. The flow was smooth.The security was very welcoming and smiling and happy to serve. The staff at the counter knew exactly what was needed and happily attended and updated all docs without a glitch. Hope to see more improvements.
