Customer service of this branch is not totally helping at all i come here for 3days just to ask for my bank certificate and waited for the que for 2hrs just to have a number and another 1hr to entertain and i ask specifically that i need the certificate i went here last friday july 15 and until now i did not receive mine. And the customer service is not friendly really disappointed

Please be aware that long time i am asking to remove the debit restriction on my debit card, i received my card last week july and comply with requirements last aug 5, how many times i called and you said you will update the branch and remove the restriction, but still i cannot withdraw nor transfer money from my debit card. I need to pay bills and other expenses, its very inconvenient. And your service is horrible. Making promises that within 3-5days it will be activated or it will remove the restriction but since then nothing happened. Please put contact logs on your customers account on what has happened thru last call not like we will repeat again and again but you have to put alerts on what should be done with your customer. This is a very bad experience for new customer like me i shouldn’t transfer my account from mashreq and adcb.

worst branch I have ever visited. After standing for so long in queue, i have explained my issue to the Customer service. They guided me to operaton head who is from sri lanka he behaved like as if he holds the whole money of the branch in his hand . Worst experience I have told him about my issue that I had a recall request to this bank I have shown him all the proof even I showed him the mail that the beneficiary send to the bank saying that he received an amount of money wrongly and to return to the pesrson back. He was saying they haven't received a mail Also my bank haven't contacted them I showed him the proof from my bank saying ENBD not responding them. His behaviour was rude Such a person is my suitable for this post with this attitude.

Worst branch ever. Avoid at all cost. You will spend at least 2 hours waiting if you're lucky. Too crowded with very few employees. Employee's are rude.

1 machine working out of 3, the fact your employees see people piling in front of the atm/cdm machines and not acting is a huge failure, this bank keeps on surprising me of how bad it can get, soon to close the account and open in adcb.
