I’ve had a great experience with this bank’s services. The staff ,Zeal Shah is very professional, patient, and genuinely helpful, making every interaction smooth and stress-free. Transactions are efficient. Overall, the service was efficient and well-organised, making what could have been an inconvenient situation completely stress-free. I came in this morning (Saturday 15th) with a minor problem, and Zeal Shah assisted me in the branch. She was excellent in her explanations of the issue and resolved it quickly. She was very personable and even shared her work contact details so that if I ever have a problem again, she would be happy to assist. Great service!

Why i have a message saying they got my renewed card i didnt renew anything and I didn't use hsbc for a ling time why im still contacted and connected here. The agent who told me that's its automatically will close after a year. Its the time I wanted to close it after just received the card as my salary account but its been years so why still connected and I haven't renewed anything....

Very misleading experience with HSBC. I opened an account and made a deposit specifically because of a bonus promotion that was clearly advertised. After meeting the conditions, the bank simply refused to pay the bonus, claiming the program had “changed.” This feels like classic bait-and-switch marketing. Extremely disappointing behavior from a major international bank.

I had an excellent experience with Shahnawaz from HSBC. I was in a rush to get a loan but his professionalism, speed, and helpfulness were outstanding. He replied promptly to every question and kept the process smooth and stress-free. What could have been a very worrying and stressful period turned into a much easier experience thanks to his efficiency and reassurance.
