Honestly if you needed a case study of the worst customer service and horrible banking systems this is your one stop shop! It’s unbelievable to understand how they stay in business. Today I’ve come to open a bank account, even though I have a credit card with Emirates NBD (took 7 weeks to setup 🤣). Then to be able to pay it off I have to go in branch and go through the whole process again. Guys I’m approved and this time wanting to put money into your bank!! So today I was the 2nd person in line when the bank opened. They have 6 staff members that I can count working. I’ve been waiting now 55 mins to actually speak with someone after getting a ticket and being told I was next in line. My business has also recently opened an account with the bank. It took 2 weeks of calling my ‘relationship manager’ to get him on the phone for a face to face meeting’. I got into the meeting room and then he disappeared for 15 minutes. Still waiting over 2 weeks for any action on the account to be setup. To be honest the only reason I’m getting an account is to get free golf!

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. waited for my token number for 145 minutes on the clock!!!! Yes. It took two hours and twenty-five minutes. The branch is surely understaffed. Noticed few others complain about the waiting as well. Even worse is that we have to wait at the branch it self. If you leave you may miss your turn. In this age of technology they don't have a system where we could be notified by a text message or even a notification on their own app. Totally disappointed.

If I could rate it zero, I’ve never ever experienced such an outrageous customer service from a bank. To simply update your personal details, they make you go back and forth everytime with missing information. The staff is very unapologetic and blame each other. They are so lazy they sit half of the time whilst a massive queue awaits for hours to then be sent away in most cases not resolving the issue you came for. Will definitely be looking to take my business elsewhere as this is ridiculous.

Very BAD STAFF! I waited for more then half hour, and check on the screen all the time, still not my turn. The lady receptionist was outrageous! She knew my number was passed and didn’t inform me. When I tried to go to her, I haven’t said anything yet, the lady told me that my number was passed!!! Excuse me!!! you knew my number and knew it was passed why don’t you say anything!!!! ENBD customer service IS the WORST!!! ENBD should put Staff name badge, if customer service isn’t great, then customer would know which staff isn’t great! Otherwise service will always maintain the worst during all banks.

Absolutely pathetic customer service at the branch. The app is Absolutely a disgrace itself. Even company employees laugh at how bad the service and app is It's been 2 weeks that I have tried to add an account as beneficiary and the app doesn't allow it. They run after you to open an account and to make you privilege customer but I can assure you even basic services can't be rendered, privileges are a far cry
