First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) | Dubai Mall Branch Unit LG - 136 Financial Center street Downtown Dubai

I visited the FAB Mall of the Emirates branch yesterday to open an account. Despite the long queue and many tokens ahead of me, the experience was incredibly smooth and stress-free, all thanks to a standout staff member named Fatiha Najmi. Fatiha was proactive and went around asking every customer how she could assist them. Since all the regular counters were occupied, she went the extra mile and arranged for me to be assisted in the Branch Manager’s office so I wouldn't have to wait. Her friendliness, energy, and dedication to customer service are truly commendable. While the service from Fatiha was 5-star, I did notice that the branch is extremely busy. To maintain this level of excellence and support hardworking staff like her, I believe the bank should consider hiring more staff members to handle the high volume of customers. Huge thanks to Fatiha Najmi for her exceptional help. FAB is lucky to have someone like her on the frontline!

I have been a FAB customer for the past three years and primarily visit the Dubai Mall branch. I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service consistently provided by the branch manager, Mr. Mathivanan Karunanithi. Mr. Mathivanan is exceptionally client-oriented, highly professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Regardless of the nature of my request or concern, he always takes the time to understand the situation thoroughly and provides clear, effective, and professional solutions. His approach and dedication significantly enhance the overall customer experience. It is truly a pleasure to be a FAB customer, and professionals like Mr. Mathivanan are a strong reason for my continued trust in the bank. I've been to 2 other FAB branches in other malls previously to settle some of my deposits and I must say, only Abilash from Dubai Mall branch was able to complete the transaction / request that needed to be done. He was quick and professional. Very happy with his assistance and that he finally resolved the issue I needed to resolve.
