Chase Bank 770 Lexington Avenue Manhattan

I don't often leave reviews of banks - but I was pleasantly surprised by the positive service I received at this Chase branch. I walked in, without an appointment, and was immediately seen by a teller. I had an issue setting up a new checking account online, and when the teller needed the manager's assistance, she came over and walked both of us through the process. They were both patient, helpful and friendly. This branch is close to my office, so I'll definitely be back if I need anything else!

bankers with horrible customer service. Refused to help me with a check I needed to have cashed. Cash the same check every week against my account. Rosa has a terrible attitude and so did the banker that helped me

Extremely efficient, elegant, and professional service! Without an appointment, we were referred by another branch and arrived a couple minutes before closing, yet the manager, Sanda, greeted us eagerly, and introduced us to a banker, Ron. Both were extremely courteous, helpful, and patient, and served us in a timely manner. Would completely recommend!

By far the worst Chase I've ever been to. They refused to issue me a new card after I'd lost mine, and tried to lie and tell me that the ID I had didn't match the one on file. I called customer care right in front of the branch manager, and he assured me that my driver's license was the one listed on file. When I re approached, the branch manager got extremely aggressive with me and flat out told me "I'm not going to help you". I simply walked to another chase and was in and out in ten minutes.

Worse branch ever, you’re telling me you’re in one of the highest paid zip codes and these atms don’t work…. Only one deposits cash every Friday I come here for the convenience of it being close to my job and I have to sit for 30 min because the atms always have a issue with my bills.Ridiculous.Some security guard have attitude problems there’s one who doesn’t.(darker skinned man) Most of them are LITERLALY on the phone the whole time and letting homeless people in after hours.
