Chase Bank 611 6th Avenue Manhattan

Beware of making cash deposits with Chase's ATM machines. I Went to this location on 11/22/23 in the evening to make a cash deposit, the machine took all the cash, and displayed that the transaction could not be processed, I immediately called the customer service who are now "investigating"

Giving 1 star is to much service is horrible workers are very unprofessional I was told to sit and wait for the next available banker which would be 20 minutes 2 different people came over to tell me that if I wanted to still wait I waited the 20 minutes to just have the manager come back to tell me it will be another 20 minutes meanwhile she was telling everyone else someone will be with you shortly. Bad business I see why the have low rating numbers.

I will give zero star if I could. The cashier Tina was rude. She purposely make fun of my accent. I don't usually get mad when people don't understand me when I have accent. However, she was like giving me the look and pull over her colleague to tell her about my problem. I felt very insulted. I never have such experience in my life and especially in a bank. I don't feel safe to hand over my account to such employee. Please train your cashiers to be respectful to the customers. It was very unprofessional.

This is the branch I usually go to because it is near my office. Everyone is super friendly and ask you what you need as soon as you walk in. I have never had any problems and I never even have to fill out my own deposit slips! Haha! They are also one of the few branches that can produce new debit/credit cards right on the spot! No waiting 5-7 business days if you lose yours! Amazing!

I typically stop here for the ATM, but I did receive quick and thorough service when my debit card was compromised. The agent made the process extremely easy.
