Had a pleasant experience here. Was greeted at the top of the escalator and helped with a withdrawal slip. I always feel that if a teller is unable to help someone, they shouldn't be behind the counter or should have a "closed" sign on their station as it looks like they're ignoring you. There were two tellers behind the counter. One was with a client and the other didn't have anyone but was looking up and then back down at her screen. Didn't say anything. After 1-2 min, the person who greeted me at the escalator came behind the counter and assisted me. She provided excellent service from arrival until i left. Even warned me that my license is about to expire.

I was kindly greeted by Lilith when I reached the top of the escalators. She assisted me with all of my needs when I came by. She was super patient with me and all of my questions and made my experience a breeze! :)

Brian Clarke is the man if you’re looking for an investment advisor. The investment he had recommended didn’t yield the best returns but that was on account of the pandemic. Very knowledgeable and personable guy, who is quite responsive to calls and questions.
