Chase Bank 350 West 125th Street Manhattan

I had an appointment for 4 and I came around 3:30. There were bankers walking around talking about to help but they still told me to wait til 4 for my appointment. I waited til 4 and the banker that was supposed to help me was still occupied with their last customer while there were other bankers that could’ve helped me instead. I waited an hour for help and no help was received. Horrible.

They are not friendly at all to business account holder. I got to wait more than 15 mins for getting change only. Three booths were available, but I was told that only one handles business account. I asked for a sign to indicate this,but they said they don't have one. While it would be understandable to take such measures if there are many customers waiting, it's unreasonable to make business customers wait in a single line when there are empty booths.

I came in to handle some final banking for my deceased mom customer service in guilding me on what to do. Paperwork was given an appointment was made . the next time I came in it was easy to complete the staff was exceptional and very courteous. What I thought was going to be a horrible experience turned out to be a very pleasant one

I would gave this bank a zero star. They are not friendly at all!!!! Didn't even take the time to listen to you!! Especially the one with tattoos on his fingers some Jay wouldn't recommend this location at least!!

I'm here every weekday during lunch (between 12-2pm). If you need to see a teller, expect a 15-30 minute wait time. Plan ahead before going if you have limited lunch time from work. Most days there is only one teller while someone directs people in line to use the ATM machines. However, I've never had a bad experience with the tellers, and am always greeted with kindness.
