The location is great, and the place is newly renovated. The assistants are polite and helpful. Nerisa helped me within two minutes, which made the overall experience great 👍

A gentleman with pretty white nails, has his own glass office room on the right side came with an extremely illogical excuse related to my documents -not to open an account to me. when I had all my valid documents and he had the availability and enough time to open the account. His affords of not giving service was so obvious that in another location, another perfect gentleman opened me the account with exactly the same documents; he and his colleges were genuinely shocked about what I was told about my documents and shared with me exactly this "clearly, someone didn't want to do their job." That's all i can say to that white nail fella. İ hope people in charge would see this, identify the person and does what needs to be done. Because it is unfair to not to justify your work responsibilities and have that job when there are other people who are perfectly doing it.

I know there are a lot of tough reviews here, but I visited on a relatively quiet Tuesday afternoon and needed cash for an overseas trip that required crisp twenties. The teller initially told me we'd just have to see what the machine gave us and in the end there were probably five that didn't pass muster. She worked with me to get them replaced. Taking the extra step was not required but really helpful. A small thing in today's world of subpar service, but still appreciated.

Zero stars. I've been here three times to make change and they have given me different requirements each time. The same teller that accepted 4 digits of the account number last week wants the full number this week. Meanwhile while she's giving me a hard time, a guy walks up to the next window and gets change without any account information being exchanged. If it was my money, I'd rather keep it in a hollow tree. Update: today they want ID. this place stinks.

I called to see a notary. She is here 1hour only! I arrived on time with another 15min to spare but they said no! At first the front desk even said « she's here tomorrow » but that wasn't true. Then i was told "She's busy", they must have thought I came here for the fun of it... I was told to come in that time frame. What am I suppose to do differently?! I came all the way here for nothing. Who ever is at the phone and at the door is useless, if you do not care to give the right infos to customer please change your role!
