Chase Bank 160 Columbus Avenue Manhattan

I use this branch often because it's near my job. I had two not so good experiences here . One involved me attempting to pay off the chase freedom card and requesting a print out . When I faxed the print out to the company it was declined because the bottom half was missing. The second was attempting to deposit a 50 dollars bill Bermuda currency. It was declined. Overall I still use mostly the atms because the two inside has ones to distribute.

I have been a client at this Chase branch for almost four years, and I cannot say enough good things about my personal banker, Miguel Beltran. He is always kind, professional, warm, and extremely attentive. Miguel has helped me with so many things over the years, and he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. I always feel supported and confident working with him. Truly the best banker I have had.

I transferred several accounts I had with other financial institutions, to this branch, in specific and have been very please with having done. I found Ravi Panchal as the direct advisor and broker with whom I decided, after meeting in person.. that I would like to oversee part of my portfolio with JP Morgan. And work with Officer, Miguel Beltran for the other portion of my accounts with Chase. I am pleased with the brokerage account management by Ravi, and am always greeted with a smile and warm conversation from both Ravi and Miguel Beltran. As well as any of the other branch officers. Chase is a big bank, with many locations but I am with Chase, because of this location and its agents.

Their wonderful bank manager Maria went out of her way to help me. I was confused about a new estate account I had to open and she helped me step by stop, making sure.I understood everything clearly because it was all so new to me. She helped me with an IRS form and was always available through the process. I worked with Chavi in actually opening the account and she as well was so helpful, kind and caring to be sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this branch, they are willing to go beyond to make sure you’re comfortable with whatever must be done.
