There no Wosam counter. So it is very slow even of you are wesam account holder
Worst service from this Branch especially to Non Saudi's. Not helpful at all. After they convert from Samba to SNB, disaster for ex-Samba customers.
Understaffed and extremely long waiting times. Despite its convenient location, it's better to go to a larger branch further away as it is quicker than having to wait here. Average wait times are in excess of 30 minutes.
Almost one hour takes me to meet customer care officer. But the good thing is only three customers are waiting to get the service.
Good location but worst service. Long waiting line and one Customer service staff serving a bunch of people at the waiting area. I recommend going somewhere else coz of the poor service at this branch. Total wast of time.
