Endless administrative roadblocks, appalling communication, incompetence and terrible customer service, even as a supposedly valued Premier customer. Without exception, every single interaction I've had with anyone at SABB has been a disappointment, beginning with trying to open an account, upgrading an account, paying bills, applying for a credit card, complaint resolution... the list is endless. I have since switched to Riyad Bank where the same requests are dealt with professionally and smoothly. I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid using SABB for banking services.
Be careful here! The drive through mashine took my credite car. When I tried to claim it back they were saying it's damaged and I will not get it back. The bank should overthink their way of treating others property!
