I have a horrible experiences here. The employees are nice but extremely inefficient. They are very very slow. It takes each employees more than 30 mins to finish with one customer. There is 2- 3 employees at a time. So if there are 6 people ahead of you, good luck! Prayer time will come and sorry out.

Very poor branch. Always having excuse for any problem they. Have. Last time i come twice to make new card and said the system for cards broken. This time i would like to update my phone they said the device under maintenance. And have to wait at least one hour and thirty mins. At least 20 customers. And only 2 employees. Each customer take at least 8 mins. The rest of the employees smoking and chatting with each other. I hope there will be nice service. As AlRajhiBank every thing is fast and online or calling not always coming like NCB. Best regards, Khalid Rajab

Stupid bank, worst customer service..for deposit i was waiting 1 hour with no customer in queue before me...

Very stupid slow branch ? for both female and male section.. can u imagine one client for more than an hour .. u wait for 3 hrs and pray time comes rhen they close and u have to come again later ..."women section" complete garabage"

Many offices for customer service but only1 working.. and vary slow ?
