Impeccable service ! Special thanks for Areej AlDuraibi, who was super helpful, kind and caring. As well as other employees who were attentive and welcoming also the branch manager was supervising and helpful. As you enter the branch you can take the stairs or the left. All work go smoothly and professionally. All questions are answered to the agent satisfaction. The parking lot takes many cars and it is facilitated and designed to serve us fully. I highly recommend this branch.

Very bad experience, everytime I visit I had to wait at least 1 hour to be served, unfortunately, there is only 2 employees working to serve a full seated people while 4 stations was empty cause the management of the bank for some reason which is sure to cut the cost of employing new people. I hope this situation solved otherwise, change the bank to save time on every visit

Very bad process . They are taking long time for each transaction deposit and withdrawal . I wait here more than 45 mints . Bad impression
