This review is long overdue, but so very much deserved! We've had a long standing banking relationship with Mr. Ayoob and inevitably follow him to whichever branch he is at. He is extremely professional with a friendly and amazing "can do" attitude and his team seems to follow suit. We have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Bijuraj and the kind of professionalism and efficiency in handling our work, the way he has followed up at every step until he ensured everything was sorted smoothly. By mistake I made a false transaction, When I realized that mistake, I reported to ADCB silicon oasis branch and filed my query. cooperation of staff specially Mr. Bijuraj was awesome. My case was treated as priority and within one week my funds were restored.

Mr. Rifky and Shehab Al-Deen attended to me and were very professional and friendly. Their explanations of any process was precise and straight to the point.
