Rak bank should win the world's worst bank award if there is any. The worst customer service, worst Relationship Manageers and worst business banking. Everytime you call them or visit there is a list of excuses. System goes down on weekly basis if you are getting sms you already know.

I have credit card of ADCB and NBD but their agents don’t call to sell anything. Ritesh Marballi called me and forced me to take max advantage policy through his persuasive talk. I agreed but the Healthpass app doesn’t allow to register. I called the RSA representative but no one helps. Finally I decided to cancel the policy but they are not allowing. Innumerable mails are not answered . The request for cancellation to call centre sounded good but I receive message that my issue was closed. I feel cheated and deeply hurt.

This is not the most beautiful corporate building in Dubai but still projects a solid image of a reliable banking institution. The spaces inside the meeting rooms are waiting areas are comfortable.

Worst customer service ever. Worst online banking. Please do not ever approach for Rakbank products. I made some emergency purchase when I tried to pay it, it was showing that they have blocked my pin without informing me. However, when I contacted Rakbank customer care dept for clarification they are confirming that I need to contact Cust service the next working day and did not even try to listen or empathise the customer. Thank god I had an alternate option which saved me from embarrassment. What kind of a Cust service is this when customer is unable to reach when in need and how can a bank can block my pin without my knowledge or information? NEVER TRUST RAKBANK NOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR PRODUCTS as u never know when they can block ur pin, Cust service is not providing u any services when in need etc… this is the scenario when u r In same country .. imagine if u use their services or products in other country, what level of services they will help u with???

there should be a rate of -5 star, and that rate I'll be giving it to Rakbank. Very bad customer service, unprofessional. This is the worst bank in UAE and I have encountered, will not recommend to anyone. If you don't want headache please don't deal with RAKBANK.
