I opened my first bank account here. One of the Egyptian customer servicemen here just proved to me that they're untrustworthy. One of them lied to me about the minimum balance of money you have to keep in your bank account, which was 500 AED (According to the Customer Service). So I had to drive back home for 30 minutes to get the amount of money they requested. However, I had my doubts and asked one of the bank's staff about the minimum amount and, they told me I could just deposit any amount just to keep my account open. I hope this serves as a warning for any new customers to this place.
I have had a problem with the cash machine in the Al Hamra mall it has not returned my card and so far I can get no answers from the bank. Nobody answers the phone (number on your web page) This is an urgent matter and needs attention
