Staff is having poor knowledge regarding something as simple as account updates. Had to wait for one and half hour for just an update of my atm card. Yet they did not update it. I had to go twice to the bank and wait for nothing. The staff even had the attitude to tell me to refer to customer care service when its their job, Showing that they dont know what to do with it and put all work on customer care dept. There is no ratings as zero star or i could have rated as zero star or even minus.

EI bank is known for their poor customer service and proud of their inefficient work force. They never get tired proving it over and over.

Good service, car park availability all the time. Staff are good, very polite and really helpful.
