Since I live in Umm Al Quwain I wanted to open a joint account with my wife for our personal savings. There was a lot of paper work and took 32 days to complete the approval process but over all I had a pleasant experience with NBQ Umm Al Quwain branch. Ms. Jamila was very accommodating from the start and helped me save a lot of time. Thanks to her expertise and professionalism. I wish everyone success. ?

I had settlement of my credit card payment and paid regularly but worst experience at the end to get clearance certificate.

One of the worst experiences. Disorganized. Non polite counter staff. I wanted Labour Guarantee refund. Submitted papers, went after 4 days. They asked for few papers more Got it with in 15 minutes on my email. They refused a printout. Had to visit nearby typing centre. Returned in 10 minutes. Asked to take token again. I had reached bank at 8.30 am. Still waiting at 10AM for refund. Staff working less talking among themselves more. Sorry state of affairs. Ajman UAQ.

Worst experience ever had in uae. I wish i could have someone or authority to complaint about the staff. Very rude staff. No one eager to help Even talking in disrespect manner. And upon asking question answer is like y u dont understand r u bengali? And same thing with manager he doesn't even bother to speak....

Best staff in the branch if you have any problem come to me directly to solve it. If you ask about me you will not loss the way. With a respectful conversation and smily face
