You know you can’t expect much when a branch operations manager comes out at least 30’ before closing time and tells people to leave because they need to close. I would have expected him to perhaps offer to help some of the customers on cue , or redirect them to any of the other two employees that were idling around waiting to leave. Yeah maybe those employees couldn’t have helped but these customers weren’t even asked what they needed! Just asked to leave. Appalling. I went in and did all needed to. But truly couldn’t believe what I saw.

ATM service provided by the bank is very bad. They have three ATMs out of which two have deposit option. ATM is mostly crowded during the day. Every week the machine have some problems. Several times it didn't accept deposits for the fact that cash is full.

Very Bad experience had been working waiting in the branch for almost 2 hours and still not been called off for the number. Waste of time in this branch . Non professional staff

Have to drive 100 Kms to reach and always the machine is out of service. Thanks for wasting time.

There are few ATM machines for services two ATM machines are with cash deposits facilities and one is cash withdrawal only, the bank staff are also polite and friendly however there are cues to ATM machines in the evening times.
