Garden is extremely well maintained you can feel amazing at eod and beginning of day to hear birds chirp.
Terrible Business support department. If you have business account they make more problems then benefits. The business support team is not competent and professional.
Need to hv RAK Bank head office Email ID so that people can send important messages directly. They should give Email and other contact details of their complaint department together with the name of the Manager.
If you want to really improve your service, train your customer service staff who attend the calls for any customer complains. I am confident, that i will no longer be your customer if this is how they treat customers whose money and transactions are stuck because of not their fault. this is not my first experience. Thank you
Vary bad. Service. My card have been stuck in atm for 2 days in abudhabi. World trade center no one have contacted me. Regarding it. I woud give minus rating if possible
