The overall ratings by all reviews says it all. Only two ATMs working out of four. Each queue has more than 12 people. Very few branches and ATMs with a cash deposit facility. Be ready to wait for an hour if you want to use the ATM. The Bank's management needs to look into these issues.
Staff is lethargic and you have to wait for hours to get to a customer service representative. Branch is mostly understaffed and engage in chit chats with each other majority of the time.
Came for a bank statement and Ms noora mohammed was helpful.she called token fast and processed my application fast . Thanks
Year after year, 2022 even now it takes more than an hour to get to the counter. Poor Management..just to submit visa I'd details it takes this much time..can you not do it by email like other banks?? You are wasting time of CEOs and Directors..
