I applied for credit card , firstly they delayed for long time and then we i got card i was surprised. I got 2 card ( one complementary card), i dnt even want that . After 2 months i wanted to close my credit card which I didn’t even used. Now they are charging me for insurance and other charges. By default they are activating insurance without asking to customers just to earn haram money.

Believe me this is the worst bank in the UAE. Staff is unprofessional, very low customer service, blocking your own money, overcharging in different ways with different excuses and many many more lows in this bank.
