Worst bank ever. They Keep blocking my account , they want all elaborate list of documents to be submitted every year. No communication and any request I make is just ignored by always putting responsibility on other departments.

Worst bank ever.. They can't provide you any information all lies.. If you documents they blame to other departments and won't provide you any correct information..

Worst Customer service ever. Very disrespectful and not professional at all. This bank need to understand that their business runs with consumers money. None of it their own.

Incompetitive bank with issues that no other bank in the UAE has. Staff is not helpful neither online or personally at their branches. They tend to block your cards when used abroad. They even block it every time netflix charges me... ridiculous? Ive been stuck in a country with no available money due to this. If your salary comes in on a weekend they will only make it available on your account on the next working day (no other bank does this). Not reccommended at all! Look for another bank.

I'm a customer for 6 years. I just want to say. Worst bank ever. Don't ask me why. Don't even try. Don't even think of starting ur banking service with them. Go for those big banks, at least they are stable. They Don't close their main BRANCH without a notice
