Horrible customer service from the start the guy who check you in asking for tips, I can't believe Egyptian live like this, I know my review won't change anything but it's their reality.....so just always expect to pay tips to get faster service......

Warning to anyone who tries to obtain an electronic payment card It requires two hours of transactions, waiting, depositing fifty pounds, and receiving the card after ten days from the branch. While my son obtained an electronic payment card from the National Bank and received it for free in about ten minutes from the National Bank branch, Syria Street, a few steps away from this branch.
The worst bank service in Egypt, there is no system, long queue, and only one at the customer procedures clearance window.
