I just had the worst customer service in my life. I visited moe to deposit cash into my aed acc. And for some reason the receipt says "payment to credit card" apparently the "manager" as per the lady said was very rude and even not presentable to be sitting in Citi bank branch, i have asked and explain what happened seeking for help unfortunately HE CANNOT HELP ME BECAUSE HE DOESNT KNOW WHERE THE DEPOSIT GOES. and at the end, he said that he should'nt be helping me because he is in sales. I walked out speeches!!! ON WHAT ON EARTH KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT???? HE WAS NOT EVEN HELPFUL AT ALL. DOESNT FIT TO BE IN CITI BANK. POINTLESS STAFF TO BE SITTING THERE. HE SHOULD BE SITTING IN LOWER CHEAP BANK RATHER THAN THERE!

I came to open an account, from the beginning the manager said that yes, you can open it. I gave him the documents, he looked at them and said, we are now closed for new customers.

My card was declined and i approached this branch and kept me wait for 20 min and then they are saying that they are closed but still the branch was open poor service, lazy staff
