The customers service is very bad and rude behavior of staff is pathetic, i go to open and account and this people acting like dubai islamic bank is their family business and i ask to borrow money from their pocket , kindly avoid this branch and bank if possible . I don’t know why these people if they don’t like their job still working there ! Get a life people !
This beach is good because it opens at night as well , surely the branch has most services as the main branch
8 am to 2.30 pm is working teller. After 2.30 only customer service available except Friday. FRIDAY 3.30PM TO 9PM IS TELLER TIME. IF YOU CAN REACH BEFORE 10MINUTES ONLY TELLER U CAN CATCH IT.
Pathetic attitude from the staff. Went to get my debit card replaced due to damage. They froze my account saying that a different name is shown in their system than the Emirates ID. During account opening their representative filled in the details from my passport emirates ID and visa and now I had to suffer for their mistake The fun fact is that I have used the same account for more than 2 Years.
Easy Location to reach. Not crowded. It depends luck to which counter we get the Turn. I had two experience. First one very nicely talked and processed my request. second guy blindly rejected. TOTALLY DEPENDS ON THEIR MOOD.
