I have been following up for my complaint for more than one week no response received. I send money to my home country via new ENBD application, but still not received by by end user. But the money deducted from my account. I am following up with ENBD for more than one week no answer received against my money. I send this money for a family emergency. Now I am loosing my money by calling ENBD every day but they don’t answer. Very bad service from ENBD team
