Late to open, very slow service and a clear attitude of trying to get rid of the customer instead of helping them. It’s a shame to see a bank performing so poorly in their main point of contact with the customer.

Should be zero stars. Fraud was committed on my credit card - the Bank allowed 15 fraudulent transactions, all in foregin currencies, go through in the span of 3.5 hours between 1:30am and 4:30am whilst I was sleeping. They didn't send me any double verification codes to my mobile to verify the transactions - and I ended-up with charges close to AED 24,000 on my card that they refused to refund. I filed a complaint with the police and the police concluded it was fraud yet the Bank refused to refund any of the amounts and then charged me exuberant interest rates for failing to pay the amounts that I was disputing. Worst bank on Earth and super incompetent - stay away and take your business elsewhere.

I'm giving this 5 star because of Ali at the front desk today at noon. I had almost made up my mind to switch banks, but Ali was so helpful he even dialed his own personal contacts in the bank to help me solve my issue... this is truly personalized service. Thank you Ali, you saved me a lot of time and effort!

Should not be considered best branch. The tellers are not accommodating. Since when it is not allowed to exchange bills into smaller bills!

This is the first time ever i gave 1 star in my review in UAE. Deposited the cheque for clearing early morning, same bank to bank cheque still it tooks 2 days to clear the cheque. Such a worst ENBD Branch I ever seen. Not only me, everyone given one star to this branch means how bad they working in their branch is clearly displaying to us. Thank you
