Having read all the negative reviews, I was surprised to have a very positive experience in this branch. I cam there on Saturday at around 1 p.m. and got my matter (cash deposit) sorted out in only about 5 minutes, there were no queues. So overall positive experience

Unprofessional, not helpful, rude, disrespectful - just a few words to describe the level of service offered by the Business Banking Team at this branch. What is the point of having a business banking branch when they cannot do anything for you and refer you to other business branches! The staff in particular one are rude, they show so much disrespect and are unhelpful! The branch is better shut down!

Big branch but only one employee to look after line of customers & no customer service. I left after waited for 40 min could not wait more. One employee from back of teller counter yelling at one of customers "you can't do that" instead of coming next to him and asking nicely

Please avoid going to this branch if you value your time. The whole branch is disorganised and they will keep telling you to come back ...anything to avoid actually assisting you and doing their job.
