Dear NBD team . I have been requested for credit card since two months now . It’s has been approved three weeks before . I haven’t still received . I call call center for help supervisors of call center calling me and giving very wrong information saying my credit card will be delivery shortly . I have raised complaint 4 times already . None of your team trying to help me . Only l receive text mess mention that my complaint resolved without even it’s resolved. Very bad service . And l want to meet your manager to share my feedback .
Don’t believe the haters - this place rocks my Sox. 10/10 and I love the staffs trendy haircuts.
Very unhappy with the way this bank (Business account Maydan - Dubai) deal with our money. I have done a transfer on March 2022 to Germany and the amount still did not reach there and the NBD can not get my money back.
On December 13th 2021 we started a journey to open a bank account for our new company. The process is dragging on since then, asking to provide new documents every couple of weeks, new translations, attestations, etc. It is now August 22nd 2022 and the account is not yet opened. We would really need some help from Emirates NBD.
Worst customer service, applied for a credit card 3 weeks ago still they're telling me its approved and will be delivered god knows when, and nobody replies neither on mail nor on customer care.
